Background and Experience - Sheridan Celmer
Celmer Consulting is a Boulder, Colorado based leadership consulting and training firm. We specialize in helping our clients become more effective in both their business and interpersonal processes. This is achieved through a variety of methods, including organizational strategy sessions, team building off-sites, facilitated team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and skill enhancement training.
Sheridan’s unique background as an organizational development professional, change management champion, project leader, process improvement engineer and manager allows her to work with clients from a wide range of industries and multiple levels within organizations. She blends her analytical and interpersonal skills in her approach to working with people and organizations. Sheridan’s belief in the importance of interpersonal communications, role definition, and clarity of goals is critical in her approach to resolving conflicts, coaching individuals, and creating success for her clients.
As an experienced senior consultant, team leader, team member, and master facilitator, Sheridan has the insight to understand the challenges of bringing teams together, keeping them focused in order to achieve their goals. In her training offerings and off sites she provides specific actions leaders, project managers, and participants can apply to increase their effectiveness.
Clients range from large corporate and government organizations to smaller start-up, non-profit, and community organizations. While she has a strong background working in operations and technology organizations she also has experience with finance, customer service and human resource groups. Sheridan has found each to benefit from her tailored approach resulting in enhanced effectiveness for their employees and organizations.
Sheridan’s diverse background includes over 20 years of consulting and training experience, numerous certifications, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
